We all know that there are many wonderful things about the holidays. Seeing family, spending time with loved ones, delicious goodies, etc. The downfall to all of this wonderfulness is the extra weight that might seem to sneak up on us during this time. It can be difficult to count calories during the holidays (and a pain) so many people simply don't. Someone that I work with fasts for a day once weekly in order to keep her system and mind on track. What do you all do to help fight the holiday buldge??

Healthy, light breakfast and lunch and then eat what I wanna at the parties. Doesn't work perfectly, but does enough to keep me on track.
